The Fitness Council partners with Quiet World Sports for a morning paddle to work. See the city from a whole new perspective as we wind through the quiet backwaters of Jackson and disembark right down town! This is really the most fun you can have getting to work!

UPDATE: due to slower river, we are moving the launch time forward to 7:15am. Please arrive by 7:00am to be assigned to a boat. We have a couple seats left and RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED for this event, so contact us at info@fitnesscouncil.org to get a seat!

Pumpkin Paddle
Pumpkin Paddle Saturday, October 8 8-11pm Should be a gorgeous evening, very close to a full moon. We will paddle the lake and the surrounding Grand River and perhaps Cove and Brown's lakes as paddlers prefer. Bring your pfd and your headlights. Jack o'lanterns are optional, but much fun on the front of a boat! |

Tompkins DNR access site (Tompkins Rd, north of village) to Baldwin County Park (Onondaga Rd.) Picnic at park.
