National Pilates Day at the Jackson YMCA will include 

segments of free Pilates for the beginning to advanced 

participant. Several Certified instructors will be on hand 

to help you learn and develop your skills. National Pilates 

Day is made possible by the Jackson YMCA and the Pilates 

Method Alliance.
