The Fitness Council
of Jackson is making it easier to be active in Jackson! An active lifestyle combats
all the negative effects associated with
inactivity and is fun. Jackson
has great opportunities to be active. Check out the "Calendar of Events"
or "Health and Recreation" sections to find out more.
. Jackson is also
quickly becoming a leader in becoming a walkable community. Living in a
walkable community means you can incorporate
exercise into your daily routine by doing things like walking or biking
to work or school or taking the stairs. Check out all Jackson has to
offer and get moving!
